With limited showing, Winterchill Alaskan Malamutes have made their presence felt in the conformation and obedience rings as well as on the trail. We are proud of their accomplishments and have listed their achievements here for your enjoyment. More information about each dog's past achievements can be found on their individual pages. November 19, 2005:
Makenna took Best of Opposite Sex under respected judge Michelle Billings at the Northwinds Dog Club Show. Ms. Billings had some womderful comments to make about our girl, stating that she was "one of the most beautiful Mal bitches she has ever laid eyes on" and that "her type was outstanding and her side gait was absolutely breathtaking." Way to go, Makenna!

November 18, 2005 - WAMM SPECIALTY:
Makenna took Best of Opposite Sex under judge Don Wallace at the Working Alaskan Malamute of Manitoba Club Specialty.

November 18, 2005 - WAMM SPECIALTY:
Tyson took the only Award of Merit at the Working Alaskan Malamute of Manitoba Club Specialty from the Veterans class. Congratulations, Tyson!

November 18, 2005 - WAMM SPECIALTY:
Sable won Best Veteran in Specialty, and Makayla (her sister) took a 2nd to her. It's so hard to believe that these two ladies are going on 13 years old. The judge could not believe it. They sure received a ton of compliments and I think there were even a couple of tears shed watching them go around the ring together. Makayla (Best Opposite Altered) is pictured left, Sable (Best Veteran) is pictured right.

November 18, 2005 - WAMM SPECIALTY:
Kyler took Best Altered in Breed for his first point towards his altered championship. Way to go, Kyler! Only nine more to go!!!

August 6, 2005:
Makenna is pictured taking a Group 4th against stiff competition at the Manitoba Canine Association show. Judge was Mr. James Reynolds.

August 5, 2005:
Tyson is pictured after completing the requirements for his Companion Dog title with his second High in Class at the Manitoba Canine Association show. Judge was Ms Lynda Brown.

Synyka is pictured taking a Group 4th from the classes at the Portage Kennel Club show. Judge was Mr. Allan Brown.

July, 2005:
Makayla is shown at twelve years young taking Best of Opposite Sex in Veteran Sweeps at the Portage Kennel Club Show.

March 18-20, 2005:
Makenna is shown taking BEST IN SHOW at the Wheat City Kennel Club shows held in Brandon, Manitoba. She was awarded this honor by breeder/judge Mr. A. Bennett. Makenna took the breed in Malamutes four out of six shows, also winning under breeder/judge Dorothy Hood, as well as judges Lalah Cassleman and James Reynolds.
