October, 2006:
We are thrilled to announce a New Champion for Winterchill. Lyric finished her Canadian Championship in style at the Fort Garry Kennel Club show, October 2006, by going Best of Breed over Specials. "Lyric" is the fifth champion to finish out of this litter of seven and is the sixth champion for her Mom, "Tyra".

August 11, 13, 2006:
Blaze showed for the two alternate days from brother Ryval at the MCA (Manitoba Canine Assoc) Show and came home a NEW CHAMPION! Blaze was (once again) the big winner of the weekend. She took the Breed from the Junior Puppy class to finish her Championship and then went on to take Best Puppy in Group (Judge: Sue Ellen Rempel). What a day! I moved her up to Specials Only for the Sunday show and she took Best of Breed once again under judge Ann Hennigan. She was just over 6 1/2 months.

Ryval is shown at right taking Best of Winners for his first points at the MCA (Manitoba Canine Assoc) Show under judge Jack Ireland. He repeated this win on Saturday, the only other day he was entered, and ended the weekend with 5 points.  Congratulations, Ryval!

August 5-7, 2006:
Blaze went to the Calgary show for her first show at barely 6 months old, and came home with 8 points! She took Best of Opposite Sex, Best of Winners, and Best Puppy in Breed all four days and also won the Puppy Class (out of 23 puppies) in the Breeders' Sweepstakes.  I'm so proud of her! The judges who recognized her and awarded her first 8 points were as follows:
